What if my prescription is more than two years old?

Although it's recommended that you should get a new prescription every two years, this isn't a legal requirement and we don't enforce it. If you want to order new glasses using a prescription that is more than two years old that is your decision and we will supply your glasses.

Where are you located?

We're located at 2052 State Highway 10, Waipapa, Kerikeri. All our products are stocked here which is why we can deliver so quickly.

What if my glasses are faulty?

If your glasses are not absolutely perfect when you receive them, firstly as per our 60 day returns policy, you can return them for a full refund anyway! But even after 60 days, if you have issues like the lenses falling out, or a screw that comes out or anything where the product or workmanship is questionable, please contact us and we'll make it right with you. We'll probably get you a new pair!

What if I damage my glasses?

If you damage your glasses within 60 days, return them to us for a 100% refund! If you damage them outside the first 60 days, we're sorry but we don't cover damages outside the 60 days. But please do contact us. We'll do everything we can to sort you out as best as possible!

Do you do eye tests?

No we don't offer this service

Do you do progressives & bifocal glasses?

Yes we do progressives! But not bifocals sorry.

Why are your prices so cheap?

There's lots of reasons for this... we buy a LOT of glasses and lenses so we typically pay a lot less than traditional retailers. We have a very efficient production process which lowers our costs and allows us to pass more savings on to you. And perhaps too we just love giving our amazing customers a great deal and having them rave about us!

I've never bought glasses online before and I'm a bit nervous!

What is your returns policy?

You can return any pair of glasses within 60 days of purchase for a full, 100% refund. Your eligibility to get a full refund is not at all dependent on the reason why you have decided to return your glasses. So if you change your mind and decide that you don't love them quite as much as you thought you would, send em back! Oh and you'll get refunded in money too. No mucking around with credits or having to choose another pair with us!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! There is no additional delivery charge with our glasses. The price you see is the price you pay.

Do you ship outside NZ?

No we don't. We only operate within New Zealand.

How long will it take to get my glasses?

Single vision glasses will be 2-5 days delivery usually. Progressive glasses will be 16-20 days as these are made to order and we rely on our manufacturing partner for these. Please do note progressives may take longer than this however 16-20 days is typical.
